Matthew Platz has always had a deep appreciation for the simple things in life.

After spending more than 20 years in the manufacturing industry, he decided to share this passion with others, by capturing those moments digitally...and sharing them with others.

Matt is a native of Medina County in Ohio, an area of small towns and rural family farms.  The vast majority of his photographs are from this area, with a focus on farm life.

He spends the majority of his time in the winter documenting these farms, and in the summer time, participates in over 20 local and national juried fine-art shows.

Matt personally prints all of his work on a beautiful heavy 100% cotton rag paper, utilizing archival dyes.  Each print is also numbered and titled.  He also works one on one with customers to provide them their own unique pieces to their specific needs.

Finally, he enjoys doing "on-site" sessions of clients' farms and animals for them.
